ASU 360 DEGREE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
360 Degree Mentorship Program is a developmental relationship. It exists between a person of greater experience (mentor) and a person of lesser experience (mentee). It is characterized by mutual trust and respect.
The Mentor Program is designed to fill the gap in areas where expertise is desired and to develop networks between colleagues. Improves performance, personal/professional development, career progression, and morale.
The mentoring process is to support participants in becoming more effective in their work environment. The focus is on the mentee’s learning needs and desired outcomes. Timely feedback and reflection through the asking of impactful questions are essential components in mentoring sessions.

Miniature Pyeloplasty with and without a lower pole crossing vessel
This is a short video demonstration of the minimal invasive muscle splitting pyeloplasty in children with demonstration of the technique in the pelviureteric junction obstruction with and without the presence of a lower pole crossing vessel.
WELCOME TO THE COMBINED SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE OF EUS & AAU!
It is with great pleasure we announce that the 9th Emirates International Urological Conference (EUSC 2020) will be joining hands with the 17th Annual Arab Association of Urology, which is the annual conference of Emirates Urology Society, the local partner and the host for the congress. The congress will aim to bring urologists all-over the world together and will be the seventeenth AAU conference in the middle east region.
The meeting will be held in as a Hybrid Event both virtually as well as physically, in the city of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates from November 12th – 14th 2020.
